THE INSTITUTE OF AESTHETIC & SPA (TIAS) now launched in Abuja, offers training to students, consultancy services, beauty and spa therapy
Mrs Tessy Tukson Dibal, Executive Director TIAS unveiled the programs and services offer by the institute on Thursday in Abuja
Dibal explains that skill development is a very powerful instrument to empower individuals recognise their potentials for this purpose TIAS is established to help actualized this vision by providing high level of quality professional beauty education and services.
