WAANSA NIGERIA: A CASE OF FAILED BLACKMAIL, SUBTERFUGE AND LIES
It is no longer news that those behind the media charade regarding the Leadership of WEST AFRICAN ACTION NETWORK ON SMALL ARMS (WAANSA-NIGERIA) have been exposed for who they truly are – Blackmailers and imposters; positioning themselves for a Hostile take-over of an organization they are neither members of nor know anything about.
The two arrow heads spear-heading the hostile take-over and crisis rocking WAANSA –Nigeria are Jephthah Asimole and Igwe Martins. These two men alongside their sponsors and co-conspirators have employed every known criminal tactics to scuttle the peaceful organization for their selfish agenda.
These are men whom had pretentiously requested to join WAANSA-Nigeria as Members, under the then leadership of the immediate past President; Mr. Dickson Orji, whom had innocently accepted them without knowing they had ulterior motives to hijack the organization for their selfish agenda.
While their application as members was being processed, they wasted no time in unleashing their criminal antics on the organization. First they tried to impose their will and selfish agenda on the organization, but were resisted. Then they tried a forceful takeover of the leadership of the organization, but failed to secure the needed legitimate support and votes to elect them as Leaders of WAANSA-Nigeria, in last congress and election of New Excos of the Organization. Having failed in both attempts, they went on to register a similar organization in a bid to factionalize and scandalize the original organization, yet in that, they have also failed.
With the mounting frustration of their failures, they embarked on a media charade last week, distorting facts, issuing lies in press statement and petitioning the Inspector General of Police on absolute falsehood, all in a bid to blackmail the very leader (who is willing to accepted them into the organization only if they willingly fulfill the requirements) and to drag the entire organization to disrepute.
