Mr. Project: Gov. Wike Continues Commissioning of Completed Projects, Signs More Contracts For New Projects.

Rivers State Governor Nyesome Wike, has Continued the Commissioning of Completed Road projects in Rivers state, alongside his invited Guests across political divides, while signing fresh contracts for construction of two new fly-over projects in Porthatrcourt, with the Construction Giant, Julius Berger.

The flyover bridges will be constructed at the intersection of Olu-Obasanjo Road and Port Harcourt -Aba Expressway and intersection of Olu-Obasanjo and Ikwerre Road up to the Azikiwe Street in Port Harcourt.

The two additional flyover bridges which are the seventh and eighth
awarded to Julius Berger is expected to be completed within the next twelve months.

Meanwhile Yesterday, Gov. Wike alongside former Kano State Governor, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, commissioned the Okoro-nu-Odo Flyerover, which was one of the three flyovers that his administration signed with Julius Berger Nigeria PLC sometime in 2019. The others are the Okoro-nu-odo flyover and the Rebisi flyover.

The Governor further said that; “Already,  there are three other flyovers that are on-going. The Rumuola flyover, the GRA flyover and the Ogbunuabali flyover. Which are expected to be completed anytime soon too.
