The Central Bank of Nigeria, Today Banned the Buying, selling or trading of Crypto-Currency in Nigeria. In a letter signed by CBN’s Director of Banking supervision; directed all financial institutions to close accounts of those transacting in cryptocurrency or risk severe regulatory Sanctions.
