Ugandan Dictator Yoweri Musenveni has unleashed a chemical attack on opposition political party members campaigning against him.
Pictures made available to INTEL News shows the Ugandan Police carrying back-pack Chemical canisters during the attack and pictures of some members of the opposition who were attacked and the skin rash on areas of their body affected by the Chemical.
