YPP Opens Its Doors to Governor Godwin Obaseki
The National Chairman of the Young Progressive Party(YPP), Comrade Bishop Amakiri, welcomes Governor Godwin Obaseki to the Party, asks him to remain firm and see himself as an epitome to emulate in our current political dispensation, and struggle to emancipate from the quagmire and woes of political godfatherism in our system; as Edo People hopes on him to retire these political godfathers, who wishes to hold the people perpetually hostage to their whims and caprices.
The chairman assures the Governor that he joining the YPP with its teaming youth population across the state and country, will be a paradigm shift and total revolution on the old political stock who no longer serves the people but themselves. Doing so will lighten the beacon of hope for our youths, that if Governor Obaseki can make this revolution possible then the youth leadership they yearn for may be closer than they expected.
The party remains ready and willing to welcome the Governor on its platform and to mobilize its teaming youth structures across the 18 local governments of the state, to enable the Governor achieve his peopled policies and make this revolution a complete reality.
